In Memoriam

Let me first congratulate Team Dean/Marlene on eking out their victory last night by virtue of the Niners winning the Toilet Bowl. I watched that game for a little while, amusing myself by counting the number of times Jon Gruden gushed over somebody he first read about three hours earlier in the Arizona Cardinals' media guide.

Good thing it wasn't a drinking game. Surely that would have been serious.

So I hope Dean and Marlene don't mind sharing space with this week's first ever honorary winner, O.J. Simpson Leslie Nielsen (1926-2010). It's not just that we'll miss his pure comedy gold, but the late Nielsen is also a better quarterback than Derek Anderson.
